In the last year many of our Juniors have moved up into the the Senior B (Under 23) ranks. At Mosman Rowing Club we have a focused elite training squads with several members on Australian teams, NSWIS scholarships or aspiring to both of the former.

Elite Development/Head Coach, Nick Garratt heads up the program .

The program has fostered athletes to State, National and International success. Such athletes include Olympians, World Champions and Australian Representatives: Peter Hardcastle, Tom Laurich, Amy Ives, Zoe Uphill, Jaxon Rudduck and Jacqui Bain. Other successful athletes in this program include: Adam deKoning, Alistair Matthews, Brynne Allen, Caydern Neville, Kieran Kobelke, Laura Robbertson, Luke Freeman and Roxana Islas.
