The rowing facility on middle harbour is always home throughout the year to club rowers including:

Senior and Elite (open category competitive rowing)

Masters (27 years and older)
Juniors (under 19 years of age)
Beginners (novices learning to row)
Recreational rowers (non-competitive rowing)

As well as being a host to the very successful Corporate Rowing Program it is also the base for many visitors throughout the year. Over the winter this includes the Development Rowing Programs and Learn to Row programs. For the summer season MRC hosts several school rowers and school rowing programs. These schools include:
