Well, it was a good regatta for the small part of the development squad that made it down to Tassie, putting our first season of training (and coaching!)to the test.

Mosman’s Adaptive Athletes shine at National Champs
The Mosman Rowing Club's new Adaptive rowers represented the club with distinction, at the recent National championships on Lake Barrington in Tasmania. In a week of tough head-wind conditions, Julia Veness-Collins fought well to win the clubs first A final of the Champs, a coveted gold medal, and a National Title in the Adaptive Womens LTA (Legs, Trunks and Arms) Single Scull. As you may or may not know, it was not a forgone conclusion that the bank would participate this year, however following some great work by Steve Evans, MRC are pleased to advise that the regatta will go ahead as planned, and we ask that you note the following dates for your diaries:
Thurs 16 April: Coaches assemble to meet crews @ CBA 353 George St 6.00 pm
First weekend: 18/19 April
Second weekend 25/26 April (Anzac weekend)
Third weekend 2/3 May
Fourth weekend 9/10 May
