Mosman Time Trial Result - 27 August 2008
A record turnout this morning, and some pretty exciting racing as the first three teams across the finish line within a length of each other. Also personal best times for Jones matos da Silva, Mark Connaghan, Michael Trail, the 2- of Charlie Marriott and Mike O'Neill, and the Masters womens quad!They must have been saving themsleves during the 3km this week.

Mosman Time Trial Result - 20 August 2008
With the extra daylight in the mornings today was the first day that we tryed to fit in an extra time trial. Having NSW Maritime down to check on lights, and the large numbers of people trying to use the pontoon, made the morning a bit more hectic. Our Olympians made us proud
The team of Mosman athletes did a great job on the biggest sporting stage there is, and while unfortunately there was no silverware, although a world record is probably worth a mention, all the team represented both Mosman and Australia well.

Mosman Time Trial Result - 13 August 2008
A blustery and busy day on the river this morning, but that didn't stop some good times out on the water. Jones achieved his 5th personal best time in a row, Charlie Marriott and Mike O'Neill set a new best time for the 2-, Tom Wear showed his consistency and got close to his personal best again, 3 LTR teams made it to the start AND the finishline, but the highlight was the Masters Quad who created a new TT ...

Mosman’s Olympians in Action
Over the last few days there has been some very quick racing in the early rounds of the Beijing Olympic Rowing Championships. As the fields all try to squeeze into the 6 lane finals, this will lead to some fantastic racing over the next few days.
Already going as quick as anyone has gone before is Mosman's own Dan Noonan, who stroked the mens quad to a new World Record in the first heat of the men's quad. ...

YOUTH CUP SELECTION (9, 10 August 2008)
Mosman Junior girls raced last weekend in Penrith (SIRC) at the NSW Youth Cup selection trials.
On Saturday, all of them (11 girls) rowed in singles over 1900mts. in time trial system, starting each single every 15 seconds.

Another nice morning on the water, with flat, still conditions. Some great results today across the fleet, especially Sarah Hill and the Mike/James Jun 2x, both within 1 sec of the season's record for their boatclass. The recent Learn To Row Graduates debuted in a very respectable time for their level of experience. Olivia Heath back from World Juniors
Another of Mosman's shining young stars has just returned from Austria. Olivia Heath was competing for Australia in the Junior World Championships. Mosman Time Trial - 30 July 2008
Some of the effects of preseason training is obviously kicking in, with 3 teams, Tom Wear, Adam de Koning, and the Masters Womens Quad, all recording their fastest times of the season. Another reminder that in 2 weeks we will add a 3km time trial into this session. The 3km time trial will start at the green pole at 6am, and there will be enough time to get to the start of the 5km time trial....
