Mosman Running Training
Every Tuesday there will be a running session as part of the preseason training program. The run will normally leave from the Mosman Rowing Club. It is open to all, so if you are interested please get to the club at 6:00pm for a 6:15pm departure. For the first few weeks the course will be as flat, and as easy, as the local terrain provides; with the first course, 29 July, being just a little over 5km. The sessions will vary ...
