To all Members of Mosman Rowing Club.

As previously notified, the Club will be holding its AGM at the Pearl Bay boatshed at 11.00 a.m. on Sunday 25th November 2007. *A copy of the formal Notice of Meeting is attached.*

This will be the first AGM for our new Club (i.e. without the licensed club) and we would love to see as many of you come along as possible. The program for the day will be an early row (for those so inclined), followed by a working bee from around 8.30 a.m. to set up and prepare the boatshed area for the AGM. If the weather is fine, we’ll hold the meeting outside on the grass - so kids and family members are welcome to attend. The meeting will commence at 11.00 a.m. sharp, and will end with a christening of our new Eight at around 12.00 -12.30. We will then have a barbeque lunch and a few drinks.

We have prepared an Annual Report for the Club for the 2007 year and expect to email a copy to all Members (and post a copy to the Club’s website) in the next couple of days.

We look forward to seeing as many of you as possible at the Club on Sunday 25th!

Could you please let me know how many of your family will be at the BBQ so that we can cater appropriately!!
