Members,
As you may already know Tony Blay was appointed as Club Vice Captain on the 1st of September 2007. Tony has been a long term member of the Club and an active ns successful coach for many years.
Tony has built up a strong recreational rowing program and continues his youth development programs.
In addition to assisting me on Boatshed administration, Tony will play an active role on boat and other equipment maintenance and replacement, ensuring it is maintained in good order, correctly used and supervise necessary repairs. Tony will also assist is establishing new rowing programs for the Club to grow the sport.
Please join me in congratulating Tony on his new role and assist him wherever possible.
Our first initiative is the introduction of a Boat Log for all Club boats and speedboats used from the shed. This will ensure we monitor boat usage, are made aware of and undertake repairs and gain a better understanding of our boat needs.

Please all assist in monitoring its use especially for new rowers at the Club.
