Last weekend a group of 7 ladies and 8 men from MOSMAN ROWING CLUB contested the NSW State Masters Rowing Championships in Taree.

The results were fantastic with the Mosman Club winning an astounding 11 Titles between them.

The Club managed a clean sweep of the over 55 age group winning the Pair, Double, Coxless Four, Quad Scull as well as the prestigious Eight Oared event against some very good interstate crews.

In two weeks time the Club will contest the Australian Masters Rowing Championships at the Sydney Olympic Regatta Centre at Penrith.

Shown here are the winning “E” Grade Mixed VIII of John May, Jane Calcraft, Cathy Alexander, Peter Mayoh, Liz Burrows, John Struik, Marg Small and Steve Gordon who are part of a very dynamic Masters rowing program conducted from the Club’s Pearl Bay Headquarters at The Spit.
